FlyAway® Garlic was formulated to help horses deal with flies and biting insects from the inside out and contains 100% cold pressed garlic powder, the purest form available.  The cold pressed process is vital to fly control as it prevents sulfur from being released; the garlic remains rich in sulfur. The sulfur in garlic is the key component that, when digested, eaves the body in sweat and feces, repelling pests from your horse. FlyAway Garlic is perfect for the summertime pasture and it is very economical for large facilities and groups of horses.

FlyAway® Garlic is also traditionally used to help support healthy immune, respiratory and digestive systems in horses, and has an antibiotic capacity. FlyAway Garlic is safe to combine with other supplements and medication and is finely processed for maximum palatability.

A proprietary blend of cold processed garlic.

Concentrated formula. No additives or fillers.

    Forget the Spray Bottles

Posted by MZ on 14th Oct 2018

During the peak of fly season, FlyAway Garlic is the best natural fly repellent that I have found. I do not like using chemical based repellents on my horses and FlyAway Garlic helps to keep them comfortable. Love the ease of feeding FlyAway Garlic to my horses. No more annoying spray bottles.

    Reduced flies and mosquitoes

Posted by Unknown on 13th Oct 2018

I’ve been using the Fly-Away garlic for years. I am always happy with how well it minimizes flies in my barn. I don’t expect my barn to be fly-free but I definitely noticed that my horses are much less bothered by the flies. I definitely have noticed that they get way less bitten up by mosquitoes. That being said, nothing will fix poor manure management so you also have to have good manure removal so that your horse isn’t overwhelmed with flies, regardless of what you give them or how much you douse them in fly spray and wrap them in fly sheets.

    Fly away garlic

I’ve fed fly away garlic for a few years. I think it certainly helps keep fly numbers down on on your horses. It doesn’t eliminate them, but there is a noticeable difference between horses on it and those that aren’t. Good product and I plan to continue to use it!

Horses eat no problem, but still had lots of flies bothering them

Posted by Unknown on 7th Oct 2018

I was pleasantly surprised that my horses ate this with no problem given how strong the garlic smell is. But they ate it right up happily even when it was given twice a day. Unfortunately I did not see a reduction in the bugs bothering them but last summer the bugs were really bad. I will say the one thing I noticed that did not show up were ticks. I'm trying again this year since we are in a different area and see if it helps with the amount of ticks on my guys. Fingers crossed.

2 weeks of use and drastic fly reduction. My mare is not itchy around her tail and her ears are mite free. Great product works as described. Thanks!
